1500 SF across two levels of landscape design, lounging and dining, with gas grill, multiple seating areas, and four unique sculptural artworks.

Mac Studio with ProTools and Logic. UAD Apollo x8p interface. 16 mic preamps. Dynaudio BM15A Monitors, KRK 10s Subwoofer, and QSC loudspeakers. Plug-ins from UAD, Soundtoys, Waves, etc.

Microphones: Shure SM7B, SM57 (x3) and Beta 52A, AKG c414, Warm Audio WA47, Rode NT5 (x2), in addition to an expansive list available upon request.

LOADING + STORAGE

120 SF garage with street access directly into the location, excellent for equipment loading, storage, staging, and crew catering.
